Evergreen Psychology Clinic is is a part-time practice and not a crisis service. Every effort will be made to respond to emails with your inquires, however, it will not be possible to monitor email correspondence at all times. I am a registered psychologist who has a special interest in helping young people adjust and adapt to life’s challenges including diagnosis of a physical or mental illness, transitioning through life stages, and responding to stressful or traumatic events. I value authenticity, empathy, humility, and humour and will treat you with dignity and respect throughout your treatment.

I have experience working with clients across the lifespan, with a special interest in helping youths and young adults experiencing a range of emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties.
This includes those struggling with anxiety, anger and adjustment issues, as well as those diagnosed with neurodivergence and other developmental delays.

Evergreen Psychology Clinic provides a range of evidence-based psychological treatments for children, adolescents aged 6 years and over and adults. *Please note that at this time, the clinicians do not offer assessment services, nor attends court or provide medico-legal reports.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
If, for some reason you need to cancel or postpone the appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice, otherwise a cancellation fee may apply.
A Cancellation Policy applies to individuals who fail to confirm their appointment or provide less than 48 hours notice of appointment changes. For less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the consultation fee will apply; for less than 24 hours notice the full consultation fee may be charged.
Please note, Medicare rebates can only be provided for sessions that are attended.
Fees
Self Referred, Private Consultations
Self Referred, Private Standard consultation cost for 50 minutes is $130 and is payable at the time of the consultation. Private health fund rebates may apply. Please check with your provider.
We accept cash, Eftpos, VISA and Mastercard.
Mental Health Care Plans
A valid Medicare Mental Health Care Plan entitles you to a rebate into your nominated account following your payment to the clinician. The Medicare Rebate is $98.95.
Referrals from your GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician need to be dated before or on the day of your first appointment. Please bring your referral and MHCP with to you.
In order for you to be eligible for a Medicare rebate, a referral must be received directly from your treating doctor such as your General Practitioner (GP), Paediatrician or Psychiatrist with a current Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) prior to your first appointment. Your MHCP will require review typically after the 6th session; your treating doctor and psychologist will liaise to determine if additional sessions are required. Individuals may be able to access Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year (1 January to 31 December) under their MHCP.
